In this episode I had the pleasure of talking to Hanna Look Gauer, the founder of Contemporary Cavewoman. Hanna is a nutritionist, and health and wellness coach based in Orange County, California. Her ion is to help others evolve as the best version of themselves. I know because I’ve worked with her and she helped me evolve!
