Overnight looks to be partly cloudy with a low around 52.  In news, gas prices remain flat in WNY with averages of $3.08 in Buffalo, $3.11 in Rochester and $3.14 in Batavia.  In sports, the Bisons dropped their series finale with the Charlotte Knights, 8-4. The National Weather Service calls for a chance of showers today with a high near 61. Overnight will be mostly cloudy with a low around 43.  In news, a fire in Newfane is under investigation by the Niagara County Fire Investigation Unit. And a "gigantic garage sale" is planne for the Village of Kenmore for Saturday, June 7th. In sports, the Bisons won 5-4 over the Charlotte Knights on Friday in a walk off. They'll do battle again today.

The National Weather Service calls for mostly cloudy skies this afternoon with a high near 56. It will remain mostly cloudy overnight with a low around 44.  In news, the fire at Lockport's Jiffymart plaza on Thursday was contained to a 750-sqaure-foot area. And damage was limited to just $60,000 according to the Lockport fire department. And there were no injuries reported.  The clerks of Niagara and Orleans counties warn residents to be on the lookout for a couple differnt DMV phishing scams. As a rule, confirm you're talking to who you think you're talking to before giving them money or access to your life.  And in sports, the Bisons fell to the Charlotte Knights, 5-3 on Friday. But they're back at it today. And it's Star Wars night. So they got that going for them.

Overnight brings a chance of showers and thunderstorms with a low around 50.  In news, multiple fire departments were called for a commercial structure fire in downtown Lockport Thursday night. Shortly after 9 p.m., a fire was reported at 150 Washburn Street, commonly referred to as Jiffy Mart Plaza. There were no injuries reported. But no more details are available as of this recording. Also, the Buffalo Bandits are having a victory celebration today at 5 p.m. at Key Bank Center to share their third straight NLL championship with their fans.

In news, an Orchard Park man was sentenced to prison for embezzlement. Bradley Hudak fraudulently obtained approximately $269,000 from the retirement of an elderly family member. He also itted to stealing $3,000 from a little league team's bank . In sports, the Bisons scheduled game on Wednesday was rained out. They'll make that game up today with a single ission double header against the Charlotte Knights. First pitch 11:05 a.m.

The National Weather Service calls for a chance of rain with a daytime high near 62. Overnight brings more rain with a low around 53. In news, Gas prices remain mostly steady in Western New York. Up a penny in Batavia and Buffalo to $3.15 and $3.08 respectively. And standing firm at $3.11 in Rochester. Niagara County will hold an outdoor career fair at Oppenheim Park on June 4th. And Spectrum will hold an onsite interview event in Cheektowaga on June 3rd. In sports, the Bisons won a weird one on Tuesday as teh winning run was forced in due to a hit batter. Overnight will be mostly cloudy with a low around 54.  In news, a stolen vehicle chase through Niagara and Erie Counties ended with the arrest of an 18-year-old Buffalo woman. And charges for a 15-year-old and 13-year-old male.  In sports, the Bisons return to action today, hosting the Charlotte Knights at 6:05 p.m. at Sahlen Field. 

In news, the All WNY wedding yesterday was great. Weather didn't cooperate as much as we'd have liked but the ceremony was wonderul and the receptions were a blast.  In sports, the Bisons lost 7-2 on Sunday as Lehigh Valley stole 8 bases against the good guys.
