In this, the final episode of my first series of podcasts, I meet some of the people behind the Med Steps 5 Challenge and bring you some of the atmosphere of the day. The event which sees dozens of walkers and runners climb the Mediterranean Steps to the top of the Rock of Gibraltar 5 times raises much needed funds for the Cancer Relief Centre in Gibraltar.
