Kevin Garrett ran the fastest 40 yard dash time at the National Football League Combine in 2003 (4.31 seconds); he was then selected by the St. Louis Rams in the 5th round. He spent three seasons in the NFL with the Rams, Houston Texans, and Carolina Panthers. The Panthers signed and allocated Garrett to NFL Europa, where he played and was a full-time starter for the Amsterdam irals. Garrett finished up his professional playing career in the Canadian Football League for two seasons. He saw action with the Calgary Stampeders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.  He is now a coach for his company Swift Sessions in Dripping Springs.  He is also an author and recently published his children's book, Scoops of Life available on Amazon Books.  Steve Mallett and Michelle Lewis meet the most interesting people, and discover the places and events that make Dripping Springs, Texas, a Hill Country oasis.
