Alright Femmes! It's the new year and Mindy and Andrea are back on to give you their thoughts on fresh starts and the stigma behind creating goals. They talk about words and feelings they are choosing to associate with this brand new year. A new year often means a fresh start and a blank slate. Out with the old and in with the new. Instead of focusing on or tackling a huge goal that might be met with an untimely demise, they decide to create and live out a theme for 2022. Andrea declares that this year she will stomp out her stress and be happy! Mindy is choosing mindfulness and acquiring a new skill. They both decide to up the anti on their ready and talk about the book that they are choosing to read together and invite all the femmes to them in their book club-ish. Mindy and Andrea also offer everyone a safe space to confess the ways that they're fallible. None of us our perfect, and sometimes we just need a place to get it all out and clear the air.
