What do you think of when you think of OCD?
Contrary to the stereotype of cleanliness, there is much more depth and nuance to these experiences. Listen in as we discuss what we've recently learned about the spectrum of obsessive compulsive symptoms, how this can overlap with other forms of neurodivergence, and the pieces of this we relate to.
In line with our usual insights, our biggest take aways are that new layers of self-exploration and acceptance are always helpful, we can regulate through these patterns to tap into the gifts of them, and leaning on a spiritual lense helps us from overidentifying with diagnosis labels.
