26 years ago, Spanish chef, José Pizarro, moved to London with the mission of bringing Spanish cuisine closer to British diners. And today, we can say that he has succeeded in this mission.
With 6 very popular restaurants in the British capital, and one more on the way, it is no surprise that he was unofficially appointed as "The Godfather of Spanish cuisine in the UK". He ed us in this broadcast to tell us more about his journey.
